As we had a ton of berries hanging out in the fridge, and berries and chocolate are just so good together, I topped this bowl with berries, a few slices of bananas, more chias seeds, cashews, some shredded coconut, slices of avocado and melted chocolate – cos melted choclate needs to reason to make an appearance right?!

Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream Smoothie Bowl
- 1/2 cup ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream Dutch Chocolate flavor
- 1/2 cup ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream Dark Chocolate Toffee flavor
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 1/4 cup oats
- For Garnish: more cashews, chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries, wild blueberries, coconut flakes, banana, other half of avocado, melted chocolate and chocolate syrup.
Add ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream Dutch Chocolate flavor, ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream Dark Chocolate Toffee flavor, milk, avocado, chia seeds, cashews, oats to a blender and blend till well incorporated.
Pour into a bowl and place in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. I didn't leave it overnight for the chia seeds to absorb the moisture and swell - just so there was more crunch to this.
Top with more cashews, chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries, wild blueberries, coconut flakes, banana, other half of avocado, melted chocolate and chocolate syrup and enjoy.
