Lentil & Tofu Stew with Roots Hummus!

I’ve said this before, and I will say it again…

Friday-Quotes-Aaaah-Friday-my-second-favorite-Fword

With FOOD being my first! Specially when it’s food like Roots Hummus!

Today I have my last recipe made from the stash of hummus Roots sent me. My daughter and I have not only immensely enjoyed Roots -with pita chips, with naan, even with just a spoon; but, it has set wheels churning in my grey matter, that resulted in hummus scones, hummus sauces, hummus curries and now, hummus stew.

Any time I see a vegetarian meal, I typically ask where the meat is, but this looks awesome!
