Most of the time I eat healthy …
Most of the time I eat to fuel my runs and workouts…
Most of the time I don’t fiddle with red meat…
Most of the time I entertain my inner demons…
peanut buttery DESSERT 🙂
For Most of the past few years, I have had a very unhealthy relationship with peanut butter
It has stalked my tofu and veggies till it blended into the sauce…
It has smothered my muffins and captivated my scones…
It has engulfed my oatmeal till every spoonful of it was enveloped…
It has been one of those addictions
(along with coffee, fro yo, chocolate cake, cookies…) that I struggled to conquer…
Till one day…
I figured What the hey!
These cookies were inspired by some of the best peanut butter I have had!
This container of scrumptious-addiction fueling-peanut butter was sent to me by Ida my Foodie Pen Pal for the month of August (more in the next post).
