OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Hiya!!! A Marvelously happy Monday yall! Cookies for Breakfast Anyone?

In TWO days…
camel
Not only is it Hump Day but it is also C.H.R.I.S.T.M.A.S.

But today…
Today I have tons of wrapping to do…while watching Marvelous Christmas movies like “Secret Santa” and listening to Marvelous Christmas songs…kinda like Spread Love not the Fruitcake – by some of the boys of a local Atlanta cover band group called “The A-Town A List”.

…And another batch of these Marvelous flour-less Chocolate Hazelnut-butter Cookies and Maple Almond-butter Chocolate Chips Cookies to make.

These are a festive twist on these Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies and these Peanut Butter Coconut Chocolate Chips Cookies.

These are MARVELOUSLY light AND don’t taste like they are missing butter or flour…they even got a thumbs up from my sister, even after 5 days in a USPS package!

  • Handful of Chocolate chips and Nestle Holiday Chips

Instructions

For both types of cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

  3. Roll pieces of dough and flatten slightly

Notes

These cookies are very low in sugar, if they are allowed to cool, they taste a lot sweeter than if they are eaten straight out of the oven.

Definitely healthy. I love non-carb cookies.. I make a peanut butter version, but mine turn out crispy, I wanna try this version and see how to make it turn out soft and chewy. YUM! Merry Christmas Shashi!
