Chia pudding gets a facelift in these gluten-free, Strawberry Milkshake Chia Cakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Premier Protein Strawberries and Cream shake
  • 24 strawberries washed and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon coconut powder
  • **optional coconut sugar to taste**

Instructions

  • Add Premier Protein Strawberries and Cream shake and strawberries to a blender and pulse till well incorporated
  • Then stir in the chia seeds, almond meal and coconut powder (add coconut sugar at this point if desired)
  • Divide "shakes" between 3 Mini Springform Pans or bowls
  • Refrigerate overnight (8-9 hours)
  • Top with fruit and coconut whipped cream and enjoy the next day
