Chia pudding gets a facelift in these gluten-free, Strawberry Milkshake Chia Cakes!
- 1 cup Premier Protein Strawberries and Cream shake
- 24 strawberries washed and stems removed
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond meal
- 1 tablespoon coconut powder
- **optional coconut sugar to taste**
Add Premier Protein Strawberries and Cream shake and strawberries to a blender and pulse till well incorporated
Then stir in the chia seeds, almond meal and coconut powder (add coconut sugar at this point if desired)
Divide "shakes" between 3 Mini Springform Pans or bowls
Refrigerate overnight (8-9 hours)
Top with fruit and coconut whipped cream and enjoy the next day
