Into a greased, oven-safe pan, add in the Cranberry Almond Craisins® Fruit Clusters
Then add in the uncooked quinoa
In a separate bowl, stir together the milk, eggs, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and ginger
Pour this over the quinoa and Cranberry Almond Craisins® Fruit Clusters
If placing this is the fridge overnight, then wrap with plastic and place in the fridge and bake the next morning. Or, bake immediately.
Either way - just before baking, top this with Craisins® Dried Cranberries, and slivered almonds and drizzle the honey over the top
Bake for 55 minutes at 350
Enjoy warm with fruit, coconut whipped topping and/or honey
