  • Add ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream Dutch Chocolate flavor, ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream Dark Chocolate Toffee flavor, milk, avocado, chia seeds, cashews, oats to a blender and blend till well incorporated.
  • Pour into a bowl and place in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. I didn't leave it overnight for the chia seeds to absorb the moisture and swell - just so there was more crunch to this.
  • Top with more cashews, chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries, wild blueberries, coconut flakes, banana, other half of avocado, melted chocolate and chocolate syrup and enjoy.
