Add ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream Dutch Chocolate flavor, ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream Dark Chocolate Toffee flavor, milk, avocado, chia seeds, cashews, oats to a blender and blend till well incorporated.
Pour into a bowl and place in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. I didn't leave it overnight for the chia seeds to absorb the moisture and swell - just so there was more crunch to this.
Top with more cashews, chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries, wild blueberries, coconut flakes, banana, other half of avocado, melted chocolate and chocolate syrup and enjoy.
