For Avocado Crema:
- Juice of ½ lime
- ½ cup yogurt plain
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley dried
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp chili powder
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and using an immersion blender blend them up well. If you don’t have an immersion blender, add ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend till well incorporated.
Place dainty dollops on TRISCUIT Crackers, top with bacon and sprinkle with parsley and cilantro.
