Creamy, coriander and chili infused Avocado Crema and salty, crunchy bacon pair so well with TRISCUIT Crackers in these simple snack stacks. Enjoy these Avocado Crema And Bacon topped TRISCUIT Crackers by yourself or at your next warm weather get-together!

Ingredients

For Avocado Crema:

  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ cup yogurt plain
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley dried
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp chili powder

Additional:

  • Bacon
  • TRISCUIT Crackers

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and using an immersion blender blend them up well. If you don’t have an immersion blender, add ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend till well incorporated.
  • Place dainty dollops on TRISCUIT Crackers, top with bacon and sprinkle with parsley and cilantro.
