Garlic Chili Chicken Cutlets/Croquettes

Serve up these flavor-packed, air fried, Garlic Chili ChickenCutlets/Croquettes at your next get-together, whip them up for a movie night or make them just because. Made with only 10 ingredients, these cutlets/croquettes are a delicious treat that’s sure to be a hit with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes optional
  • 2 Tbsp MAGGI Garlic Chili Soy Sauce
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup panko

Instructions

  • Chop onion and add onion with oil to a pan. Let onion sauté, stirring often, for about 10 minutes.
  • Then add in the grated ginger and mix.
  • Then add in the chicken and MAGGI Garlic Chili Soy Sauce, turmeric, smoked paprika and chili flakes. Sauté until chicken is cooked through and extra liquid has been absorbed. Make
    sure to stir frequently (approx.. 20+ minutes).
  • Remove chicken mix and let cool to room temp.
  • Then, peel and roughly mash the boiled potatoes and add to chicken mix along with the parsley. Mix mixture well and form into balls.
  • Dip balls into egg mixture with one hand and then panko mixture with the other hand, until all balls are coated.
  • Set air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and place Garlic Chili Chicken Cutlets on a parchment lined baking tray. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes.
  • Enjoy Garlic Chili Chicken Cutlets dipped into more MAGGI Garlic Chili Soy Sauce and MAGGI Sweet Chili Sauce.
