This easy Lemon Sesame Vegetable Saute With Green Giant Veggie Spirals would be a delicious side dish, or, if you are like my daughter, a delightful dinner all on its own!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
  • Add onion to the pan and saute for about 15 minutes, stirring often.
  • Then add in the lemon slices and let saute about 5 minutes on each side. (*if the lemon slices or onion stick to the pan, just us a little bit of the vegetable stock to deglaze the pan and get all that flavor up into the veggies.
  • Then add in the Green Giant® Zucchini Veggie Spirals, the Green Giant® Carrot Veggie Spirals, the frozen peas and frozen corn and cook uncovered for 10 minutes or so, until any liquid has been evaporated and the veggies are heated throughout.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and enjoy as a side or main.
