Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Shake Mix/Powder
  • 3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats ground up I used my blender
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Premier Protein Caramel Shake
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Mix the dry ingredients such as Premier Protein Powder, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Mix the wet ingredients such as Premier Protein Caramel Shake, egg, pumpkin puree and almond extract together.
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients together gently and spoon into lined muffin cups
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes
  • *As oven temps vary, so please do check around the 12 minute mark.
