Warm and comforting, this non-alcoholic Spiced Citrus Mulled Juice is filled with aromatic spices like cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon, making it a delightful autumn drink for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple juice I used Sprouts brand organic apple juice
  • 1 envelope Sprouts Brand Fizzy Cs Tart Orange
  • ¼ cup apple cider I used Sprouts brand apple cider
  • ½ an orange
  • ½ an apple
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 2 sticks cardamom

Instructions

  • Slice the orange and apple into slices
  • Prepare the Sprouts Brand Fizzy Cs Tart Orange according to package instructions. Then, measure out ½ cup and add the ½ cup of prepared Sprouts Brand Fizzy Cs Tart Orange into a small heavy bottom pan.
  • Into the same pan, add in the apple juice, apple cider, orange slices, apple slices, cardamom pods, whole cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
  • Place pan on stove, cover and turn to medium heat. Bring mixture to a simmer, and then lower temperature/flame a bit and let simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and set aside with cover on for about 2 more minutes for spices to infuse.
  • Pour into mugs and enjoy.
