Aromatic star anise, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom add a delightful spin to this cozy and comforting, Spiced White Hot Chocolate. This rich drink is sure to warm your body and soul.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oat milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or any good quality white chocolate bar chopped up to equal 1 cup
  • 3 tsp Host Defense Complete Calm Powder
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 3 star anise
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • OPTIONAL – sweetener of choice &/or marshmallows

Instructions

  • Add the oat milk to a heavy bottom pan and place on a stove top set at medium heat.
  • Add in the white chocolate and stir gently until white chocolate melts
  • Add in cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and star anise and mix well.
  • Then add in Host Defense Complete Calm and mix well.
  • Remove from heat and sweeten if desired.
  • Pour into mugs, top mugs with marshmallows and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on marshmallows.
  • Enjoy!
