Warm, inviting, and delicious, this 6-ingredient, English Muffin French Toast Bake is an easy and flavorful dish your family is sure to enjoy. Made with eggnog, this dish is perfect for a holiday breakfast or even dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 Thomas’® English Muffins
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese
  • Optional - Frozen cranberries candied green cherries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Add milk, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves to a bowl and mix well.
  • Pull apart the Thomas’® Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins and dunk each half in the milk + spices mix.
  • Place on a lightly greased oven safe dish.
  • Repeat with all 4 Thomas’® Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins.
  • Then, add gobs of the cream cheese on the top.
  • If using cranberries, add a few to the top and bake at 375 degrees for 16-20 minutes.
  • Serve warm with honey or maple syrup.
