- 4 Thomas’® English Muffins
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- 3 tbsp Cream cheese
- Optional - Frozen cranberries candied green cherries

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add milk, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves to a bowl and mix well.
Pull apart the Thomas’® Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins and dunk each half in the milk + spices mix.
Place on a lightly greased oven safe dish.
Repeat with all 4 Thomas’® Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins.
Then, add gobs of the cream cheese on the top.
If using cranberries, add a few to the top and bake at 375 degrees for 16-20 minutes.
Serve warm with honey or maple syrup.
