Orange Oatmeal Protein Balls

Tangy and tasty, these little Orange Protein Oatmeal Balls are packed
full of protein and slow-releasing carbs. They are so easy to make and are a
tasty afternoon pick-me-up or midday energy boost!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Sprouts Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • zest of ½ orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract

Instructions

  • Add oats, Sprouts vegan vanilla protein powder, flax, almond butter, honey, raisins, vanilla extract, orange juice, orange zest, and almond extract to a bowl and mix well with a spoon.
  • Then, when the ingredients are mixed well, gather about 2 tablespoons, and roll into balls with your hands.
  • Chill orange protein oatmeal bites for at least 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
