Hazelnut + chocolate is such a divine combination - especially when it's in a healthyish little bite or cookie!
- 3 cups hazelnut meal I used Bob's Red Mill
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and form into bite sized balls/bites
Place on a parchment lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes
Melt chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water or in a microwave at 30 second intervals
Drizzle on top of bites and let cool before devouring.
