Remove the tofu from the container it comes in and drain it. Then, set it on a kitchen towel.
Add the arrowroot powder, coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl and mix well.
Then, cut the tofu block into tofu cubes or tear it apart into bite-sized pieces (like I did). Tearing the tofu gives it more ridges and nooks for the arrowroot and spices to stick to, making this tofu even more crispy).
Add the tofu into the bowl with the arrowroot powder and spices and toss it so the pieces of tofu are well coated.
Add the tofu to the air fryer and spray with any cooking oil spray you have.
Air fry the tofu at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes on one side. Using a spatula, carefully toss the hot tofu over, and air fry for another 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
When done, remove the tofu from the air fryer and let it sit for about 2-3 minutes. Then, enjoy it with your favorite sauces, dips, or chutney. My favorite dip for tofu cooked this way is a combination of honey mustard and BBQ sauces!
