Creamy and so delicious, this Chocolate Avocado Pudding is made with only 6 ingredients and is a healthy dessert that is dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and ready in less than 5 minutes!
- 2 Ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Monk fruit sweetener (or any other zero calories sweetener (or, if not wanting to keep this sugar-free, feel free to use granulated sugar, maple syrup, or honey.)
- 2/3 cups Almond milk (or your choice of milk)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract

Cut the avocados, remove the seeds out of the center, and scoop up the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
Then, add the almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener, cinnamon, and pure vanilla extract into the blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
Divide this pudding between two serving bowls. This pudding can be enjoyed at room temperature as soon as it is made. Or, it can be chilled for a couple of hours in the fridge and enjoyed topped with some whipped coconut cream, raspberries, and/or chocolate shavings.
