Easy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Creamy and so delicious, this Chocolate Avocado Pudding is made with only 6 ingredients and is a healthy dessert that is dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and ready in less than 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp Monk fruit sweetener (or any other zero calories sweetener (or, if not wanting to keep this sugar-free, feel free to use granulated sugar, maple syrup, or honey.)
  • 2/3 cups Almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados, remove the seeds out of the center, and scoop up the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
  • Then, add the almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener, cinnamon, and pure vanilla extract into the blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Divide this pudding between two serving bowls. This pudding can be enjoyed at room temperature as soon as it is made. Or, it can be chilled for a couple of hours in the fridge and enjoyed topped with some whipped coconut cream, raspberries, and/or chocolate shavings.
