Devilled Avocado Garlic Eggs were a cinch to whip up and a tasty, naturally green-colored appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup WHOLLY® SIMPLY AVOCADO™ Garlic Herb or your favorite homemade gaucamoles
  • 1 1/2 tbsp spicy mustard or, adjust amount accordingly
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • parsley & paprika for garnishing

Instructions

  • Boil eggs and then cut them and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  • Add the WHOLLY® SIMPLY AVOCADO™ Garlic Herb, salt and pepper and mustard into the bowl with the egg yolks, and mix well. Pipe this mixture into the boiled egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and paprika and enjoy!
