Gather all the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the oven is preheating, rinse the carrots to remove any debris.
Then place the carrots in a single layer and spread out on a baking sheet or an oven safe pan.
Mix together the olive oil, harissa, smoked paprika, and onion powder in a small bowl.
Use a pastry brush or, simply spoon on this spiced oil mixture onto the carrots. Toss the carrots around so they are fully covered with the spiced oil mixture.
Place the baking sheet or oven safe pan with the carrots in the preheated oven and let the carrots bake, undisturbed for 20-25 minutes or until they are tender.
Remove the carrots from the oven and season with seas salt and black pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the roasted carrots with some chopped fresh parsley before serving.
