This Easy Protein Banana Pudding is a tasty, protein-packed spin on traditional banana pudding This high-protein banana pudding recipe is made with only 7 ingredients and is perfect for dessert or a snack.
- 2 Scoops Naked Goat Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 pkg Sugar-free Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix
- 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond milk or milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Ripe banana
- 24 Vanilla wafer cookies
- 1/2 cup Whipped Topping
Get Recipe Ingredients
Gather all your ingredients together.
Then add the instant banana cream pudding mix to a medium bowl. To the same bowl, also add in the Naked Goat Vanilla Protein Powder, the milk and (if using) the water and mix well until all ingredients are combined to a creamy consistency.
Add 1/4 cup of whipped topping into this mixture and fold it in well.
Slice up a banana.
Assembly
Add a small scoop, or two, of the prepared protein-packed pudding mix into a glass serving dish or mason jar. I used little individual-serving-sized glass containers with airtight lids.
Then, a layer of sliced bananas.
Top the bananas with a layer of vanilla wafers. You could also crumble up your vanilla wafers and sprinkle the vanilla wafer crumbs in this layer. And the crumbled-up vanilla wafers might also be quite aesthetically pleasing. But, I knew these puddings were going to be in the fridge overnight, so I left the vanilla wafers intact.
Repeat until the containers are full.
Top with the remaining whipped topping divided between the three. Then, add a sliced banana and a vanilla wafer to the top for decoration.
After these are assembled, place them in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. While they are in their airtight container, this protein banana pudding will be good for about 3 days.
