Green Tea Hazelnut Bites

Ingredients
For the bites
2
cups
hazelnut meal
1/4
cup
honey
1/4
cup
freshly brewed kombucha green tea
I use 2 bags for one cup
2
tablespoons
melted coconut oil
1
egg
2
tablespoons
coconut flour
Topping
1
teaspoon
Sesame seeds
1
teaspoon
brown sugar
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, add the hazelnut meal, honey, green tea, coconut oil and egg and mix well and then mix in the coconut flour
Form into balls/bites (I made 10 out of this), flatten slightly and place on a parchment lined baking tray
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 20 minutes
Let cool for about 15 minutes and sprinkle with mixed up cinnamon and brown sugar (optional)
Notes
These bites keep very well in an airtight container in a cool place.
