Ingredients

Instructions

  • There are 2 ways to make this chia seed pudding.
  • My favorite way involves a high speed blender.
  • Add the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, turmeric, white pepper, and cardamom to a blender. Using a grater, grate some star anise, measure out 1/8 tsp and add that to the blender too.
  • Blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
  • This can be served immediately with some whipped coconut topping, a dusting of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • Or, it can be chilled for an hour or two and enjoyed with your favorite toppings.
  • Another way to make this golden milk chia seed pudding is to mix all the ingredients together and place them in the fridge for 4 hours to thicken. Then Top and Enjoy.
