Wake up your taste buds and your wellness routine with this vibrant Golden Milk Chia Pudding! Infused with turmeric, warming cardamom, and a hint of star anise, this 5-minute recipe is a creamy, spiced delight that’s as nutritious as it is beautiful.
There are 2 ways to make this chia seed pudding.
My favorite way involves a high speed blender.
Add the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, turmeric, white pepper, and cardamom to a blender. Using a grater, grate some star anise, measure out 1/8 tsp and add that to the blender too.
Blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
This can be served immediately with some whipped coconut topping, a dusting of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Or, it can be chilled for an hour or two and enjoyed with your favorite toppings.
Another way to make this golden milk chia seed pudding is to mix all the ingredients together and place them in the fridge for 4 hours to thicken. Then Top and Enjoy.
