Simple and tasty and with only 5 ingredients, these hummus biscuits are a must make! These delightfully fluffy biscuits are gluten free and are made with coconut oil instead of butter!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/4 cup Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1/4 cup Sabra Supremely Spicy Hummus
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Roll dough onto a parchment sheet and cut out circles - i used a small mason jar lid to cut out 6 biscuits
  • Double line a baking tray with parchment paper, and place biscuits on them and bake for 20 minutes
  • Best enjoyed warm
