Simple and tasty and with only 5 ingredients, these hummus biscuits are a must make! These delightfully fluffy biscuits are gluten free and are made with coconut oil instead of butter!
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 1/4 cup Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- 1/4 cup Sabra Supremely Spicy Hummus
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix all the ingredients together
Roll dough onto a parchment sheet and cut out circles - i used a small mason jar lid to cut out 6 biscuits
Double line a baking tray with parchment paper, and place biscuits on them and bake for 20 minutes
Best enjoyed warm
