A delicious and nutritious, cinnamon oatmeal ice cream - good enough for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon if you are not crazy about cinnamon, then only add 1 teaspoon
  • 2 tablespoons Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1 Honey Caramel Premier Protein Bar - cut up into small pieces

Instructions

  • Add coconut milk, Vanilla Premier Protein shake, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla and blend well
  • Stir in Quick Cooking Oats and Honey Caramel Premier Protein Bar
  • Pour into a chilled tray and freeze for an hour, take out and stir up with a fork. I repeated this about 3 more times before digging into this.
