A delicious and nutritious, cinnamon oatmeal ice cream - good enough for breakfast!
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon if you are not crazy about cinnamon, then only add 1 teaspoon
- 2 tablespoons Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 Honey Caramel Premier Protein Bar - cut up into small pieces
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add coconut milk, Vanilla Premier Protein shake, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla and blend well
Stir in Quick Cooking Oats and Honey Caramel Premier Protein Bar
Pour into a chilled tray and freeze for an hour, take out and stir up with a fork. I repeated this about 3 more times before digging into this.
