Quick and Simple, Tofu saute with Peri-Peri, Kale & Mustard Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 packet firm tofu
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 cups kale
  • 2 tablespoons Peri-Peri sauce
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chives to garnish

Instructions

  • Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat, and let it heat up
  • Add onions, ginger, garlic and saute for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly
  • Add mustard seeds, tofu, and Peri-Peri and saute till tofu turns golden brown
  • Add the kale and let kale cook covered - about 2-3 minutes
  • Garnish with chives and enjoy either plain or with a side of bread &/or a salad
