Add olive oil to coat the bottom of a frying pan or wok
Add the onion and garlic and saute about 15 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the peppers and saute another 5 minutes, make a well in the middle of the peppers
And, add the eggs and stir till cooked through
Add the Vanilla Infused Rice and Tamari and paprika and stir till mixed through
Add the kale and cannellini beans and let cook for about 5 more minutes, stirring frequently
Serve warm
