Y'all have got to try these grain-free, butter-free, refined sugar-free Orange Cardamom Protein Muffins at least once because I'm sure y'all are gonna love them! They are perfect for breakfast or a snack after a workout!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Coconut powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice I used freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts optional

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 375
  • Grease your muffin trays with coconut oil
  • In a bowl, add the Premier Protein Powder, coconut powder and baking soda and stir together with a spoon
  • Then add in the orange zest, orange juice, eggs melted coconut oil, and Premier Protein Vanilla Shake and stir well
  • Spoon mix into 4 muffin cups and sprinkle with walnuts (if you prefer) and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Let cool and store in an airtight container.
