These 6 ingredient Chocolate Dipped Sesame Almond Cookies are delicious to snack on and heart enough for a quick breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup Simply Sesame's Vanilla with Almond Bites Spread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup good quality chocolate for melting

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Add the almond meal, coconut sugar, Simply Sesame's Vanilla with Almond Bites Spread, the egg, almond extract and salt to a bowl and mix well.
  • Form into 8 balls, flatten slightly and bake for 15 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and let cool a bit
  • When cooled, melt the chocolate ( I simply zapped it in my microwave on 30 seconds intervals)
  • Then, dip or spread chocolate onto half of each cookie - let cool so chocolate hardens and enjoy!
