Place the ground up oats/oat flour in a bowl with the baking powder, baking soda, and matcha powder.
Add in the Premier Protein’s Bananas & Cream Protein Shake and mix well
Then add in the egg and mix well.
Let the pancake batter sit for about 5 minutes - while it's sitting, heat up your pan or griddle over a medium flame.
Pour 3-4 tablespoonfuls of the batter onto the heated pan/griddle.
Cook 3-4 minutes on one side, flip and cook 2-3 minutes on the other.
