Make sure to brush the grill with some olive oil.
Then, wash and trim Brussels sprouts and cut in half, brushing both sides generously with olive oil, before placing on the grill.
I only kept mine on the grill for about 5 minutes on one side, before flipping and placing them over and grilling for 4-5 more minutes - but, grill times and temperatures vary so you might want to keep an eye on yours. Season the Brussels Sprouts with salt and pepper when done and set aside till room temperature.
Wash the grapes, cut in half, and place on some foil and place foil on grill and let roast up for 6-8 minutes as Brussels Sprouts are cooking. Take off heat, season with salt and pepper and let cool a bit.
Meanwhile, wash the butter lettuce, dry it and chop it up roughly.
Also, wash and dry the blueberries.
