No Bake Caramel Chocolate Treats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour ground up gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips

For the coating (optional):

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate - melted
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate - melted

Instructions

  • Place the ground up gluten free oats, coconut flour, and salt in a bowl and stir a bit.
  • Add in the caramel sauce (you can use homemade or store bought), coconut oil, vanilla extract and mini chocolate chips and stir well.
  • Gather the mixture into balls sized according to your preference, and roll and shape them up gently.
  • Then place them in the fridge to chill for about 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate and semi sweet chocolate.
  • Dip some of the chilled No Bake Caramel Chocolate Treats in the white chocolate, some in the semi sweet chocolate and leave some plain to enjoy.
  • *These No Bake Caramel Chocolate Treats can be stored in the fridge for about a week.
