Ingredients

Tomato Basil Hummus Dip

  • 1 can chickpeas 15.5 oz
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup can of fire roasted tomatoes - drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 leaves basil

Green Goddess Hummus Dip

  • 1 can chickpeas 15.5 oz
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba juice from chickpeas
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

Tomato Basil Hummus Dip

  • Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse till well blended, scraping down the sides between pulses so everything blends equally.
  • Add more olive oil to get the desired consistency - if needed.

  • Add more aquafaba to get the dip more runny - if needed.
