  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Spray a 9 x 9 baking tray with oil, line it with some parchment paper and spray that lightly as well and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, place Bob's Red Mill almond flour, Bob's Red Mill gluten free 1-1 flour, medjool dates, brown sugar (optional), coconut oil, salt, eggs, baking powder in a blender and blend till well incorporated.
  • Using a spatula, fold in the apple chips, almonds, and almond extract.
  • Pour mixture into parchment lined baking tray and bake for 30 - 32 minute at 350 degrees F.
