Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together dry ingredients such as the gluten free flour, almond meal flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, International Delight® Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer, oil, pumpkin puree and baking soda.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Then, add oil to an oven-safe pan and place it on a stove for about 3-4 minutes to warm up.
Add the pancake batter to the warm pan and place pan in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove No-Flip Pumpkin Spice Pancake from oven and enjoy with maple syrup and with hot cups of coffee with International Delight® Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer.
