Love pancakes but don't like spending your morning flipping them? Well, you have got to give this gluten-free No-Flip Pumpkin Spice Pancake a try - your family will love how tasty this is and you will love how easy this is to whip up!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup almond meal/flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup International Delight® Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer
  • 1/2 cup 100% pure pumpkin puree

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix together dry ingredients such as the gluten free flour, almond meal flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, International Delight® Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer, oil, pumpkin puree and baking soda.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  • Then, add oil to an oven-safe pan and place it on a stove for about 3-4 minutes to warm up.
  • Add the pancake batter to the warm pan and place pan in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove No-Flip Pumpkin Spice Pancake from oven and enjoy with maple syrup and with hot cups of coffee with International Delight® Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer.
