Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add the almond flour, egg white, coconut oil, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom to a bowl and, using your hands, mix well until well incorporated.
Then, flour a working surface and place dough on it.
Roll out dough using a rolling pin and, cut small cracker shapes out using a small cookie cutter or design your own shapes with a pizza cutter.
Poke holes in the crackers so steam can escape and crackers can cook evenly and place crackers on a silpat or parchment lined baking tray.
Place tray in oven preheated to 375 degrees and let bake for 12-15 minutes.
When you take crackers out of the oven, they will be somewhat soft so please do let them cool down to room temperature as they will harden as they cool.
