Start your day off on a sweet note with this easy, plant-based Berry Oat Smoothie Bowl. Made with just 7 ingredients, this bowl is a quick and tasty treat.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Elmhurst cashew milk
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 packet Dole Crafted Smoothie blends banana mango berry
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • To garnish: mango kiwi, berries, almond slivers, Simple Mills bar

Instructions

  • Place Elmhurst cashew milk, Dole Crafted Smoothie Blend, oats, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and maple syrup in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Spoon into a bowl and garnish with fruits, nuts, and crumbled simple mills bar.
  • Enjoy!
