Mix extra virgin olive oil and cayenne and ras el hanout.
Cut the orangetti spaghetti squash and scoop out all the seeds.
Then, brush oil and spice mixture onto orangetti squash.
Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and place the orangetti squash, cut side down, in the center of it.
Peel and chop onions and purple sweet potato.
Drain and rinse the beans.
Place the onions, purple sweet potato, and beans in a large bowl.
Toss them with oil and spice mix
Leave some of the oil to toss the bell pepper with.
Cut the bell pepper and add it into the bowl with the leftover oil and toss it so it is coated well.
Spread the potatoes, onions, beans onto the sheet pan, around the orangetti squash.
Place sheet pan in the oven heated to 400 degrees for 20 minutes
At 20 minutes, add the bell pepper to the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 10 more minutes
Remove from oven.
Squeeze half a lemon over the baked veggies and beans.
Season with salt pepper and sprinkle parsley over the sheet pan and enjoy!
