- 2 free range chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 7 oz container Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste if needed
- 1/2 cup Blue Diamond Wasabi and Soy Sauce Almonds
- 1/2 cup Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds

Preheat the oven to 375
Mix the yogurt, paprika, lemon and salt and pepper together and add chicken to the mixture, making sure to coat the chicken pieces well - let sit
Meanwhile, add the almonds to a blender and pulse till somewhat fine
Coat marinaded chicken with crushed almonds
Spread onto a foil lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes
