A super simple and easy and super tasty, Almond Sriracha Salmon. Only three key ingredients went into this salmon dinner - which was ready in less than 30 minutes!
- 1 cup Blue Diamond Bold Sriracha Almonds
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Place Blue Diamond Bold Sriracha Almonds in a food processor or blender and pulse till roughly ground up
Add in the paprika and the lemon juice
Rub the salmon fillets with the almond-paprika-lemon mix and let sit for about 10-15 minutes
Add EVOO to a pan over a medium flame and when warm, add the fillets and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. I place a lid on top of the pan the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time on each side as this helps me keep the salmon tender.
Garnish with cilantro or parley before serving.
