- 1 cup aval flaked red rice available at most South Asian Stores
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or 1/4 cup brown sugar/jaggery
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup pecan chips
