- 2 ripe avocados
- 2/3 cup almond milk or heavy cream for Keto diet
- 3 tablespoons sugar or Xylitol for Keto/diabetic diet
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt optional

Place the avocados, almond milk, sugar. lemon juice and salt in a blender and blend till well processed.
*Can also use an immersion blender to cream all the ingredients together.
