Place a slightly greased pan on the stove top over a low-medium flame
Add All the ingredients to a bowl and mix them well
Drop 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto hot pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping and letting cook on the other side as well - now, all stoves are different so cooking times might vary
Top the pancakes with melted peanut butter, syrup, bananas or anything you prefer and ENJOY!
Gather all the ingredients: Rolled oats, baking powder, salt, vanilla, orange juice or SunnyD, banana, and an egg.
Add the oats to a blender or food processor and pulse it till it’s a “flour-like” consistency. Or, you could use oat flour, but that stuff isn’t budget-friendly to me so I just use DIY Oat Flour. Add the oat flour to a large bowl.
Add the banana, baking powder, salt, vanilla, orange juice or SunnyD, and egg to the blender and pulse until well blended.
Grease up a skillet with oil or butter, and start dropping 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto it – let it cook for 2-3 minutes on a low-medium flame (each stove varies)
Flip and cook the pancake on the other side for about 2-3 minutes or until golden.
Repeat until all the pancake batter is used up.
Top your stack with some drippy peanut butter, maple syrup, and bananas, and ENJOY with a hot mug of coffee.
