Bananas & Cream Protein Bites

Need a quick and easy breakfast you can munch on in traffic? Or, how about a filling and delicious snack to tide you over till dinner time? Well, that's where these little five-ingredient, gluten-free, protein-packed, bites come in handy!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter can also use almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 4 tablespoons Premier Protein Bananas &Cream Shake
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled up dehydrated coconut chips

Instructions

  • Place peanut butter (or almond butter) in a bowl and microwave for 20 seconds till slightly melted
  • Then, add in the Premier Protein Bananas & Cream shake, vanilla and coconut flour and mix well
  • Throw in the crumbled up banana chips and form into balls
  • Chill for at least an hour and enjoy
  • *If drizzling with chocolate, melt 2 oz or so of your choice of chocolate - I used semi-sweet chocolate - either in a double boiler or in a microwave (30 second increments) and drizzle on top.
