These Broth & Salsa Flavored Salmon Burgers are so jam-packed with flavor - it's hard to stop at one! Served with Turmeric Quinoa and a salad, this makes for a hearty and delicious meal!
For the Grilled Salmon Burgers
- 1 6 oz can of salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 3 tablespoons onion chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons Pace Organic Salsa
- 1 tablespoon Swanson Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons ground oats oat flour
For the Turmeric Quinoa
- 2 cups Swanson Broth
- 1 cup truRoots Quinoa
- 4 cloves cardamom
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

For the Grilled Salmon Burgers
Place salmon, egg, almond meal, ground oats, onion, ginger, cilantro, Pace Organic Salsa and Swanson Chicken Broth in a bowl and mix with a spoon or by hand.
Form into 5 circles and flatten into pattie/burger shapes
Grill over a pre-heated grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
For the Turmeric Quinoa
Place Swanson Broth, truRoots Quinoa and turmeric in a pan.
Bring to a boil and let simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle pistachios on top, and serve with Salmon Burgers
