Chop up the 1/2 cup of pitted cherries.
Add the 1/2 cup of pitted cherries, almond milk, cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds to a large bowl and mix well.
Decorate the bottom of the 3 jars with the cherries that are cut in half.
Then, divide the chia seed pudding between 3 serving jars.
Place the serving bowls in the fridge and let chill for 2 hours to overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and become more gelatinous.
Serve this Cherry Chocolate Chia Pudding chilled.
Top with coconut cream and cherry if desired.
