These little Chickpea Lentil Sliders are chock full of flavor and are super easy to make! They also happen to be gluten and dairy free!
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 cup cooked orange lentils
- 1 small yellow onion
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder optional
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- olive oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse till well incorporated.
Form into balls and flatten slightly
Drizzle olive oil into an oven safe pan and place flattened Chickpea Lentil Sliders in it
Let brown for 3 minutes over medium heat
Flip each slider
Then place pan in the oven and let sliders bake for 10-12 minutes
Serve on Bibb lettuce wraps.
